By accessing or using Draw House's website, software, or any services provided byComprehensive Creativity for Business SPC (doing business as Draw House), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Draw House provides cloud-based 3D interior design software, rendering services, walkthrough video creation, and related tools. Our services are provided on a subscription basis with various plan levels.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans

Draw House offers Pro and Premium subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-monthly, or yearly) depending on the plan selected. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and materials on the Draw House platform are the property of Comprehensive Creativity for Business SPC or its licensors. Designs created by users using our platform belong to the respective users, subject to our license to provide the services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our software
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Upload or distribute malicious content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

Draw House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
