General Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Draw House. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within the applicable refund period.

Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • 6-month subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at info@drawhouse.com.
  2. Provide your account email and order number.
  3. State the reason for your refund request.

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions used beyond the refund eligibility period.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period (except as stated above).
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases already fulfilled.
