SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee. The cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will send the available items first and ship the remaining items when they are back in stock.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

For international orders, you have the option to pre-pay import duties and taxes with your order. This ensures a smoother delivery process.
