Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Draw House subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • You will retain access to your designs and data for 30 days after the subscription ends.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Plan changes take effect as follows:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Replacement Policy

If you experience technical issues with your subscription that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will:

  • Investigate and resolve the technical issue within 48 business hours.
  • Provide account credit for any downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance).
  • Offer a replacement subscription period if the issue cannot be resolved.
